The Parish Council does not have responsibility for, nor is it able to fix problems such as potholes in roads or pavement defects. Cheshire West and Chester should be contacted in relation to roads and footpaths. If you want to report an environmental issue and get it to the right team to tackle the problem you can download the Love Clean Streets app to your smartphone. You simply take a photo and upload some details.
Report issues with potholes and road faults, street cleaning, missed waste or recycling collection, anti-social behaviour, fly tipping, dog and animal fouling on the Cheshire West and Chester website.

Financial Assistance
Support available for households facing rising heating oil costs Residents across Cheshire West and Chester who use heating oil are being encouraged to access financial support as part of the Council’s Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF) (https://www.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk/residents/benefits-and-welfare-help/cost-of-living/crisis-and-resilience-fund?utm_medium=emailandutm_source=govdelivery). Rising heating oil prices are putting growing pressure on households, particularly in rural communities. This extra funding allows us to widen support through the Crisis and Resilience Fund to help residents cope with these costs. We have already contacted some households directly, but others may also need assistance. If you’re struggling with heating oil expenses, please get in touch so we can support you.
