Parish Precept unchanged for 2026-2027, but tiny change increase due to change in properties per band

  • Capenhurst and Ledsham Parish Council voted on 27 January to keep the Parish Precept (the funding of the Parish Council which comes via the Council Tax) at the same level for another year. 
  • Because of a change in the number of properties paying at the same Council tax band, there will be an increase per household per year to maintain the precept. The annual increase is as follows:
    • Band A - 14p
    • Band B – 16p
    • Band C -18p
    • Band D – 21p
    • Band E – 26p
    • Band F – 30p
    • Band G – 35p
    • Band H – 42p
